how to convert urdf to xacro ?

i have created a 4 wheeled bot from Solidworks and converted it to URDF using sw_urdf_exporter, should i continue using URDF files for further simulation process or is it necessary that i convert it to XACRO, If yes, is there a converter plugin or should i edit URDF to XACRO?

Also in the future if you have questions you can first search on google using site:answers.ros.org (it's better than searching directly from this site) : for your question, searching site:answers.ros.org urdf xacro gives plenty of other related questions.
