Is it to get pose of the robot from rtabmap using monocular camera?

I wanted to plot the robot x-y position using a monocular camera. I know RTAB works on using Kinect data but is it possible to do the same using monocular camera data in RTAB?

No it cannot. You may take a look at orb_slam2_ros package instead, which supports a monocular mode.
