Getting the position and coordinates of object from the single lens camera without depth camera

I am trying to detect the position of the object using single lens camera in the underwater.I tried to use the find_object_2d but in order to get the position, it needs the depth sensor but usually in the water depth sensor dont used. these manipulators are attache in the ROV and camera is attached on the left arm to detect and grab the objects.I will be really thankful if someone can help me with this problem.Thanks in advance!!!
