Is Trac-IK available in ROS Windows?

I have installed Melodic under windows.

Not sure how to get Trac-IK for it. Under linux, I simply did:

    sudo apt-get install ros-melodic-trac-ik

And everything worked - didn't need to do anything else.

Is there a similar "choco" command on Windows?

As an alternative, I tried to build the source but ran into all sorts of nlopt, etc dependencies that got me stuck.

Sorry guys, I'm a newbie on this! Any help would be awesome!
