SSH tunneling [closed]

Hi, I need to create a tunnel from our computer to another computer in another network. Because both computers are in an organization it is not possible to open a port for that from security issues. I saw on the internet that there is a program that maybe can do it over the cellular network.It's called ngrok. I will glad if someone did something like that and can direct me with that. I want to do a multi-machine over ros but I need to be in the same network.

It is related. I want to connect two computers with ros that can talk between them. I want to know how to do that with global network and not only local. OpenVPN and programs like that are not possible.
