how to set the parameter in arbotix to change the robot's initial pose

I want to use arbotix to control my fake robot(kinova jaco). The initial joints position was set to (0,0,0,0,0,0),however, there are two joints of kinova cannot be set to "0". I want to change the initial pose, but I don't know which python file and parameter I need to change.
