If I connected vlp-16 to turtlebot, I can't communicate with the remote PC.

According to the URL above, I connect a raspberry pi to Turtle Bot and using a laptop as a remote PC. And I want to run SLAM in turtlebot3-emanuals(http://emanual.robotis.com/docs/en/platform/turtlebot3/slam/#run-slam-nodes)

I connected the vlp-16 to the raspberry pi and confirmed that the PCD data came in well with the rviz, but when I connected the raspberry pi and the vlp-16, the internet connection of raspberry pie wa disconnected and I could not communicate with the remote pc. So I can not do SLAM. What can I do?
