What is the best way to update the kinematic state in RViz?

Hello,

I am currently using the Jacobian to solve for new joint positions. Once I update the kinematic state with these joint positions, I want to display the new state in RViz. What is the best way to go about this? I can plan to the joint positions but that doesn't seem like the most effective way.
