finding the right action name and package names to import for smach

hi,

i am creating a state machine which calls multiple actions and services but having trouble finding the right package/service names to import. the examples on tutorial pages are not helping much on this mather. the action topic names are known to me. Which commands or methods should i use to locate/determine them. thanks...
