No Motion Plan Found After Installing Updates

I've been using the ABB IRB2400 package and associated IKFast plugin for a months now, and upon installing updates, I find that paths which executed without issue before, now encounter IK problems every time. I know that this is a very sparse problem statement, but I'm curious if anything changed considerably which may have impacted this problem?

To be a bit more clear, I'm using the ComputeCartesianPath functionality, but went ahead and tried normal single-point motion plans and find that points which could easily be planned to before no longer are. Note, Trac IK works however it results in gratuitous J6/J4 flips throughout the trajectory, which were not previously present using IKFast before installing updates.

Also: please always link to any packages you are using. Or the wiki pages. "the ABB IRB2400 package" is not specific enough (although I believe I know what you are referring to).

You're not very specific about what "updates" you have installed, but you could be running into ros-planning/moveit#1255, although that is currently only reported/observed on Melodic.

Note, Trac IK works however it results in gratuitous J6/J4 flips throughout the trajectory [..]

This is obviously slightly off-topic, but have you configured it to use the Distance solve type?
