Hi I am completely new with ROS I wish to make a primitive version of neato cleaner with SLAM for inside cleaning and to clear grasses using SLAM and GPS modules to create the map. So is possible with ROS?If yes what should I study and need for that?

Along side ROS I will use raspberry pi 3+ so can I use Ros on it and can Ros make a map just with the information given by the GPS modules coordinates let say 4 of them

Yes this is possible in ROS. One suggestion, you have put your whole question in "Title" section, please observe the practice of keeping title as small as possible and remaining question can be asked in detail.

Coming to your question now: I would advise you to study ROS communications medium at beginning (i.e Topics, Services and Actions) Then you should look at ROS Localisation, Mapping and Navigation individually then I would take on SLAM.

Along with this i would advise you to study about turtlebot (especially it's laser and camera sesnor's data handling ), doing a small simulation with turtlebot would help you.

I would suggest a good book for doing this all:- Programming_Robots_with_ROS by OREILLY media.
