Hi~ I am a developer in Korea.

I want to parse PUCK packet information into UDP and render using x, y, z information.

I use the Veloview tool to view PUCK Lidar live stream information.

The problem is that occasionally the axis changes

The specification document says that the front is the reference when Lida's connection line goes back.

But the reference axis is not constant like the document.

Do you know the cause of this problem?

Thank you.

Have you tried the velodyne driver? It works perfectly with the VLP 16 series.

A screenshot of the problem can be more helpful to isolate the problem.

Thank you for your reply ashwath. I also think that there are not enough points to upload screenshots. Does installing the VLP driver solve the problem of changing the axis?

I have been using veloview to check the stream data of the vlp-16 puck so far, but this program did not require any additional driver installation.

Note that I do not use ROS and the operating system is Window.
