launch file opening error

how can i fix it?
are you sure the bagfile "/opt/ros/kinetic/share/image_view/a.bag" exists? since it is not part of the released package and you are not using an overlay workspace I assume the "Error opening file: …" is because no file exists. If you have a bagfile already point your rosbag node to it (
args="…"
)
