rosbridge_server unable to accept incoming connection over websocket. It is throwing the following error:

Unable to accept incoming connection.  Reason: 'dict' object has no attribute 'has_key'

Using ros kinetic. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling rosbridge_server.
