what is relation between whycon frame of reference and camera frame of reference

For a static camera placed above a map, what is the relation between the whycon frame of reference and the camera frame of reference? What if the camera orientation were to be changed while keeping its physical location same, will there be any change in the detected whycon marker format? I am new to ros so any help is appreciated. Thanks!

This is a question very specific to one specific package. I'm not too optimistic that you'll get an answer here. I suggest you try to get in touch with the package author(s), maybe by posting an issue on lrse/whycon/issues.
