every time I want to realize my own program or function, I program very slowly,because there is no program prompts.so can't link the roslib or class and structure.I want to know whether there is an editor relate to ros lib or dll,so I can program easily and faster with prompts?

what do you mean by the word "program prompts"? . we use eclipse for ROS projects.

There are many IDEs that you can use with ROS: http://wiki.ros.org/IDEs . Some of these may provide the code completion that you're looking for. (I use vim, so I'm not familiar with any of them).
