forward looking camera IMU fusion with ethzasl_sensor_fusion

Hi

I want to fuse estimated poses of a scaled front-looking monocular visual odometry with an IMU.

I saw some discussions regarding gravity aligned stuffs.

Is there any note I should consider to get correct pose from SSF for a forward looking camera?
