Install fail in Ubuntu 16.04

I follow the website ''

But when i run sudo apt-get update, the result is:

Hit:1 xenial InRelease
Hit:2 xenial-updates InRelease
Hit:3 xenial-backports InRelease
Hit:4 xenial-security InRelease
Ign:5 xenial InRelease
Hit:6 xenial Release
Reading package lists... Done

I run sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-ros-base, I got the result like this:

root@walle-dev:~# sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-ros-base

This is my fault. I change the apt source and this lead to this problem.
