Can I install dual ROS version(indigo + kinetic) on ubuntu 16.04 ?

At first, I use ubuntu14.04 + ROS Indigo for Raspberry Pi2. But now I am trying to use Raspberry Pi3, so I upgrade my ubuntu to 16.04. However, I have no idea whether I should install ROS kinetic directly, or I should do something to let these two versions exist together without any collision ? Does anyone have any experience or suggestion in this situation ?

No. My experience is, that ROS Indigo won't run under Ubuntu 16.04 and ROS Kinetic won't run under Ubuntu 14.04. So I recommend you to use Ubuntu 16.04 and ROS Kinetic on your Raspberry Pi 3. There is a good chance, that your old ROS Indigo code will run out of the box under Kinetic (especially if you did not use Qt).
