I'm unable to open the turtlebot. I'm using ubuntu 16.4 and ros kinetic 1.12.7

What do you mean you're unable to open it ?

• did you connect to it through USB ?
• did you turn on the turtlebot using the side switch ?
• did you charge your turtlebot ?
• did you launch minimal.launch ?
• did you install the required turtlebot packages ? (for example try roscd turtlebot_bringup to see if the system has those)
