How change fps for Softkinetic Cameras

I am using Softkinetic cameras and it is currently publishing it at 7Hz. How do I change back to 30HZ(it's normal publishing rate). I tried looking into its source file softkinetic_start.cpp, but I was not able to figure it out.

Do you know how to fix this?
