How to track skeleton on Kinect on Ubuntu 14.04.5

I am trying to use an Xbox 360 Kinect to track skeletons but I do not know how. I have found many instructions online but all of them are to old and dont work. I would like to ask if anyone can give a way to track skeletons using the Xbox 360Kinect. I am using ROS indigo
