rosbag only record at edge trigger

Hi,

Is it possbile to have rosbag only record a topic when this topic has a certain value, e.g. 0, 1, 2 and ignore 0.1 - 0.9, 1.1 - 1.9, etc. to reduce the amount of data being recorded?
