Zero Costmaps
Whenever I run move_base, and check the published topic of local_costmap/costmap or global_costmap/costmap, it shows all zeros in data part. On the other side, if I send a goal to move_base it returns "Rotate recovery can't rotate in place because there is a potential collision. Cost: -1.00". It is notable that I run p3at on gazebo. What could be the problem?
please add some more information (i.e. the launch and config files of the costmaps, at least).
