Best ROS to install on ubuntu for UAV's with raspberry pi 2

I have to start working on UAV's designed using raspberry pi 2. I have plan's to install ROS on Ubuntu mate. So I would like to know which ROS version supports my project requirements. If you can help me with the installation link that would be great help for me.

Ubuntu ARM install of ROS Indigo maybe the best solution for you. If you run ubuntu mate on rpi2 you have to build ROS from source.
