Axes problem [closed]

Hi Ros Users:

I have just done a chessboard on Blender and then i have put it on gazebo via xacro file and a launch file. But I have a problem with the axes of the chessboard. have a look at the next picture:

How can I do that the axes are at the center of the chessboard?
