Is possible to create app android (Eclipse) on Windows and then use it on Ubuntu?

Hello all

I usually create my android aplication on Windows with Eclipse.

But now I know a few things about ROS I was wondering if can I create on Windows an android app with Eclipse and then use it with ROS(Hydro) on Ubuntu 12.04.

I see, I need to import on my project import org.ros but I no idea where I can find it and if It is possible to do it on Windows first and then export my project to Ubuntu and use it.
