Missing robot joints when loading the (pi_robot.urdf) file

I am following the (ros_by_example_volume_2_hydro) textbook -section 11- tutorial to learn about MoveIt but when I load the pi_robot.urdf file I have missing joints and missing robot body parts. Any help??
