Weird Youbot Joint behavior

Hello,

I am facing a rather weird problem with KUKA Youbot and ROS. I send commands via ROS to the Youbot to set the last (end) joint to values only between 2.7 and 3.2 rad. (It's restricted to this values). This works fine, however about every 30 seconds, the joint spins around ~180 degress and then resets to the given position.

When I echo the position command topic I also never see a change outside the above given values.

Does anyone else has ever faced this problem before and/or can provide some tipps how I can fix it?
