The system is unable to find ivcon which is part of the stack robot_model. Install it with:

sudo apt-get install ros-fuerte-robot-model

Note that that stack already contains a compiled version of pr2_description, so you don't need to rosmake it.

Note that that stack you can get an already contains a compiled version of pr2_description, so you don't need to rosmake it.pr2_description by installing the pr2_common debian pacakge:

sudo apt-get install ros-fuerte-pr2-common
