my drone with robotic arm fail when i use ros control

i have a final graduation project about drone with a robotic arm using ros Noetic, and i started to create urdf model using solidworks sw2urdf plug-in , after that , the drone seems okey in rviz and gazebo it starts underground but i lunched it a little bit higher on z axis then it worked, after that i implemented ros control. here it comes the problem ..
