how can I merge two maps created by cartographer.

Hi there,

I'm new on slam. I'd like to know, how can i merge old and current map to one map, maps are created using cartograher?

Due to the low memory of our system, a reboot occurs during creating map. I'm looking for a way to overlay the map before the reboot with the map after the reboot. Please let me know if there is a good way.
