Navigation Axis Swapped | is it a transform issue?

Good Morning,

I successfully setup up my robot with RPLIDAR to publish linear and angular velocity Vx, Vy, and W and seeing the robot moving in Rviz. However the axis and velocity seems to be swapped. The wheels are rotating to produce forwards only movement, the wheel speed is correct but the robot appear in Rviz to be moving along the Y axis instead of X and the velocities are negative instead of positive. Any or feedback is appreciated.
