ros controller doesn't has ip or port parameters info?

hi, all,

About ros control, I even cannot find the ip or port(RS232 or ethernet) parameters info of hardware in package. how it communicate with real hardware?

Is there any instructions or demo code about how to use it ? I already know how to launch and config it, but cannot find how to communicate with real hardware... Please help me.
