2014-04-03 04:02:23 -0500	asked a question	ROS for NAO can't get started Hi. I'm new in ROS and trying to learn it by tutorials and apply it on NAO. I use this tutorial (wiki.ros.org/nao/Tutorials/Getting-Started) and got problem in section 1.4. Third statement of the section is "Add the SVN information as per section 1.2 on installation page: www.ros.org/wiki/nao/Installation" . I think the tutorial is outdated and the link is changed. Can you help me to solve this and continue to learn ROS for NAO? Thank you. P.S. Any other tutorial for learning ROS for NAO will also be appreciated and interesting :)
2013-10-31 07:54:28 -0500	answered a question	ros beginner tutorials problem I got the same problem and tried all suggested solutions but didn't help. So I created package not in catkin_ws/src but catkin_ws directory and it worked. I'm not very good at Linux, but I think problem is about defining home path while creating ros workspace.
