I cannot find cob_manipulator package [closed]

I would like to execute roslaunch cob_script_server_tutorial script_server_tutorial.launch from http://ros.org/wiki/cob_script_server/Tutorials

It show error :

Cannot locate installation of package cob_manipulator: [rospack] couldn't find package [cob_manipulator].

ROS_ROOT[/opt/ros/electric/ros]

ROS_PACKAGE_PATH[/home/fuji/git/care-o-bot:/opt/ros/electric/stacks]

Does anyone know how can it be done? Thanks

Can you use roscd cob_manipulator to find the package successfully?

roscd: No such package 'cob_manipulator' I cannot find package in http://ros.org/wiki/cob_manipulator too.

Try this: "http://ftp.isr.ist.utl.pt/pub/roswiki/cob_manipulator.html"
