cmd_vel being published but Turtlebot 4 is not moving. Any inputs is appreciated.

Hi, I have set up my turtle bot 4 to my wifi. I have changed the .yaml file in the netplan and I am able to ssh into the turtle bot via my wifi. I checked and could see that the create 3 is also visible in my wifi connections. But when I try to move the robot using the keyboard tele op commands, the robot is not moving. the commands I used was: ros2 run teleop_twist_keyboard teleop_twist_keyboard. I could see that cmd_vel is being published when I list ros2 topics but the robot is not moving.

Any inputs as to why it is not moving is highly appreciated.
