rosbag: error: Cannot find rosbag/play executable

How I can solve this problem. If I type:

C:\Sensible>rosbag play -l proace_pkt_2022-01-31-08-36-05_1_with_points_half_speed.bag Usage: rosbag play BAGFILE1 [BAGFILE2 BAGFILE3 ...]

rosbag: error: Cannot find rosbag/play executable

I use Windows 10 version. Here is my roscore information:

started roslaunch server http://127.0.0.1:53211/ ros_comm version 1.15.9

SUMMARY

PARAMETERS * /rosdistro: noetic * /rosversion: 1.15.9

didy ou try to reinstall rosbag or source the setup.bash
