Configure/learn about ros2 build farm tests

Hi,

My package status on ROS2 build farm is "UNSTABLE". I get lots of test failures and I am trying to understand why.

The format is strict? why? Where can I find some documentation about the testing and maybe how to disable some how them them

an extra space does not make the package be "UNSTABLE" :)
