Run error starting ros

I keep getting this message whent trying to run turtlesim node: qt.qpa.plugin: Could not find the Qt platform plugin "windows" in "C:\Users\pc\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python38\Lib\site-packages\PyQt5\Qt5\plugins\platforms" This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
