Gazebo Planar Move Plugin not loading

Hi guys, posting here as I'm desperate and on a timeline. Last night, my gazebo was working fine and my robot working as expected. But then today when I opened my PC and ran it, the Planar Move Plugin would not load all of a sudden! What confuses me is that the laser plugin works but the Planar Move Plugin doesn't... Please help me...thanks..
