How to implement web_video_server ?

I'm working on accessing a drone's (pixhwak) live video feed on a web page. I've been following this repo- https://github.com/Intelligent-Quads/...

I've tried it on a simulations but how do I implement this on a camera attached to a gpu? (Jetson/Rpi) To deploy this on actual hardware can you also suggest which distro should I use? I'm currently using ROS Melodic on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
