Ubuntu Oneiric
Ubuntu P
System libraries TBD

1st question: Why Ubuntu Precise (12.04) is not in the list?

2nd question: It is supposed to be available on October instead of August, right?

Ubuntu P is Precise.
The current Groovy release target is October 15th.

I don't believe the Precise Pangolin name had yet been selected when REP-003 was last updated. There should probably be a new REP-003 update soon.
