How to communicate and control 4 wheeled robot with ROS [closed]

I'm a planning to build a 4 wheeled robot with ESP32 as a only processor in it monitored by a centralised camera over internet and control with my laptop. I have Ubuntu 20.04 and ROS Noetic installed. Can you tell me how could I do this with ROS and ESP32 over Internet? I came across Navigation Stack but could understand how could I use it with my bot. If you can leave some usefull links and ideas it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hi, this question is way too broad to get a reasonable answer on ROS Answers. No one is going to tell you how to complete your entire project from soup to nuts. Please break your problem down into manageable chunks.
