Documentation for ros2 log config?

I found that there is the ros2 argument --log-config-file from the design documentation but I can't find anything explaining what to put in this file. I've figured out how to turn to debug logging on, however, that's fairly useless without being able to specify specific loggers to set at info or higher (specifically rcl). Is there documentation for the log config file?
