Is possible to install cv_bridge on ROS for Windows?
Hi,
I am trying to extract images from a rosbag file and to do that I need cv_bridge. I have surfed the internet, but I could not find anything useful. I tried choco install ros-noetic-vision-opencv and choco install ros-noetic-cv-bridge, I can't find other way to extract images without using cv_bridge either.
Is it possible to do the extraction in some way in windows or I am tied to Ubuntu?

Hi there, Many metapackages haven't been broken out into chocolatey packages, so are bundled together into the larger metapackage. Critical packages - like cv_bridge - are installed as part of the desktop build of noetic.
