I want to see into my robot with my windows laptop using RVIZ

I successfully installed Rp_lidar with SLAM. I can see the point cloud and some map lines in RVIZ when its running (on my Ubuntu Robot).

now I want to see the same on my computer. I installed ROS on windows following this tutorial http://wiki.ros.org/Installation/Windows

RVIZ runs but I noticed that it also needs an active roscore

how do I receive the data from my robot
