gazebo plugin path not set on new fuerte install [closed]

Hi all, I'm new to fuerte. Now that that's out there...

I notice this debug message when I run

roslaunch gazebo_worlds camera_world.launch

"pluginPaths and GAZEBO_PLUGIN_PATH doesn't exist.Set GAZEBO_PLUGIN_PATH to Ogre's installation path. ...or are you loading via SystemPlugins?"

Poking around I see that this path is mentioned in:

gazebo/gazebo/share/gazebo-1.0.1/setup.sh

I did an apt-get based install.

  1. Did anyone else get this warning?
  2. Is it a problem that the setup.sh makes reference to /tmp/buildd/ros-fuerte-simulator-gazebo-1.6.7/debian/ros-fuerte-simulator-gazebo/opt/ros/fuerte/stacks/simulator_gazebo/gazebo/gazebo/lib/gazebo-1.0.1/pluginswhich doesn't exist on my machine instead of /opt/ros/fuerte/stacks/simulator_gazebo/gazebo_plugins
  3. Should the GAZEBO_PLUGIN_PATH really be set to the Ogre installation path as the warning indicates?
  4. Is this also related to the gazebo_media_path and reason why gazebo can't find cup.mesh for this launch file?

I get that, and towards the end it says: all processes on machine have died, roslaunch will exit shutting down processing monitor... ... shutting down processing monitor complete done
