Runtime Manager GUI is broken in 18.04 + How to read Vehicle_cmd topic and other topics

Hi guys,

Having issue with the autoware runtime manager as it breaks and starts to flicker after i click any buttons to a mess that can't even see any button or anything.

Second after installing autoware rosbag and start running everything how do i echo, and get the topics subscribed as none are. I do rostopic list it gives me the list but how to get for example to see vehicle command and start playing with it.
