Where I can find literature of ROS's history?
I'm doing my bachelor's thesis on ROS and I have trouble of finding a good literature of ROS's history. Do you have some good recommendations of good literature (preferably research papers, articles, books etc.) that includes part of ROS's history? Any recommendation will be helpful! :)

What have you found already. I hope you looked at the wiki documentation page but it is impossible to tell as you have given no information about what your search has already found. Even if it hasn’t produced the results you need, knowing the kind of information you have already found would help and prevent us recommending things you have already found.
The wiki documentation page lists more than 20 papers and a similar number of books. The programming robots with ROS includes a brief section on history.
A scan of the willow Garage blog from the very beginning provides a lot of contextualising information about the history and development of ROS.
